• Responsible for the fulfillment ecommerce and large volume of two distribution centers. • Responsible for 5 sites and 1 Darkstore. • Reception, Storage, Replenishment, E-commerce Picking and Branch Picking, E-commerce Dispatch and Branch Dispatch (180 thousand sku). • Replenishment supply to the 30 Ripley Stores throughout Peru. • Development and design of automation and robotization projects. • Control and design of BPA (good storage practices) and 5S procedures. • Operational responsible for all Omnichannel dispatch channels, Site to Store, Store to Store, Nearby pick up (Lockers Tambo stores) Site to Store and Shipping (last mile). • Cost control, logistics expenses, inventory control, strategic and tactical KPIs. • Personnel in charge: 1 operation assistant manager, 7 operation chiefs, 12 supervisors, between 380 to 600 operators according to demand.

Cons

I was better able to manage the kpi in the budget I was able to better manage staff costs I was able to make a better training schedule.

Pros

Gente muy amigable Buenos equipos

Cons

Muchos retrabajos debido a la poca automatización y alta manualidad. Enfoqué a corto plazo, proyectos que se terminan mucho después por cambios constantes de dirección/prioridades. Desorganizado, es como una startup pero enorme. El nivel de desorden impacta muchísimo en varios frentes. Pocas opciones de crecimiento interno.
