Pros
1. Responsibilities - You'll be given a lot of responsibilities from day 1 and they will increase rapidly as you improve 2. Company Growth - Company has been growing incredibly fast over the last few years and it's clear that there is a big upside long term for what they're trying to do. 3. Ownership - All full time employees have equity in the company which creates a owners mentality. 4. Smart Team - Teammates are some of the smartest people I've met and everyone is constantly challenging each other and themselves to improve
Cons
1. It's Hard - There is a culture of continuous improvement which isn't a fit for all people. If you want a comfortable 9-5 job this company isn't for you. 2. High Expectations - Again, not so much of a con but something to keep in mind when considering the company. Management has very high expectations that can seem unreasonable at times. Definitely not a pressure cooker environment but not a cake walk either. I think the expectations have led the company to the strong position that it is in today but has also polarizes people who do not like that type of environment.
