Don't work here. The administration doesn't care and they are looking for new hires to make the same mistakes are again...and again.... Turnover was frequent
Cons
-Very little formal training. You have to learn on your own -Toxic clique of directors who only care about their own backs. They offer no real supporting leadership to anyone. -Leadership is consistently shielding the bad actors and allowing the good ones to resign
