The team was lovely, I enjoyed the new more inclusive direction they were going in till the work dried up, simple tasks, no real coding. Just copying from The Rio Bible. My line manager was helpful, knowledgeable and supportive when directors kept messing things up.

Not much work in the end and none of it groundbreaking or interesting. They are scared of AI so will be left in the dark ages soon, bad customer relationships, other dept manager has too much control over dev team and as a result lost their 3 best workers. Noone wants to be there anymore. I'm glad to be out.

The team and the leadership are excellent. Management supports their staff and has their back when needed. Work from home and 4 day weeks are excellent perks. Plenty of opportunity for training
