Pros
This is a very nice office. Three days a week working remotely, and you're generally pointed at tasks and left to it - your time and effort is respected. There aren't generally pressure tactics or attempts from management to harry you. Coworkers are friendly as well. While the manual sets a limit on paid vacation as per usual, it's common for people to take vacation regularly. Company culture is determined without being overpressured, and people take time off to relax. Oh, and there's snacks on Thursdays. (Note: This review applies to the TyreSense division, Victoria office.)
Cons
No real cons to report. I find that the different subdivisions may not know what's going on with one another as much, but they're in the same building so it's just a matter of getting up from your desk, walking a few feet, and asking what's going on.
