Great Place to Work - Director Rila Employee Review

As a former employee, I have nothing but positives to say regarding the experience. From my vantage point, it is one of the best managed Trade Associations in D.C. in which management cares and values the staff. The work can be challenging at times, but RILA is a great work environment where you are provided with all you need to be successful in your role. There is also a great work-life balance with flexibility.
