Pros

Pockets of teams that really care and want to deliver excellent projects to their clients. Benefits are good (thanks to parent company Genpact). The new CEO makes it feel like there's a chance of a turnaround.

Cons

- Previous leadership team led poor strategic decisions and initiatives. New CEO is in the process of modifying or completely dismantling them, but RP suffered greatly from the bad decisions - Seems a senior leader leaves almost every month (Laid-off? quitting? Who knows? - see below) - Unlimited PTO is a sham. Your performance is linked to your utilization. Doing the math gives an exact number of PTO/Sick/Holiday you can take and hit your number. It's a way to get out of financial obligations, not an actual benefit - In consulting, if you aren't selling, you're billing (with minimal exceptions). RP has an extensive middle layer of hangers-on that don't add value, but add cost. - The marketing strategy has fallen flat. We've largely lost the support of our biggest lead gen/deal maker (Adobe) because of its strategy and execution. - Leadership hasn't been transparent or honest. Bonus metrics are murky at best, and not shared directly. RP has never paid 100% of bonuses, it's widely known that it never plans to.
