      Pros

      None - old senior members of staff need the boot. Just retire please, and stop touching up the girls in the office it's creepy and I'm sure your wife wouldn't be happy with your wondering fingers.

      Cons

      Everything the whole company is a joke!! Avoid and don't work there. They can't even get salaried pay correct on pay a day.
