Pros
Good place to get lesson on how to be opportunistic, to step on others for your gain. Never seen so many liars in one place. I first learned about Glassdoor when they 'suggested' that we write a good review for them during one of their weekly meetings. I can tell who wrote all those other reviews with 5 stars. Sad. So fake.
Cons
-Unreasonable expectations -Delusional management -Unhealthy environment(psychologically)/ fake culture -only way to remain is by being the most fake person you can be, or by constantly praising and worshipping the owner and agree with his 'vision'
