The company itself needs a lot of work, particularly around leadership and culture. There’s a very high turnover, with people constantly leaving or being let go, often without clear reasons or communication, which creates an unstable and stressful environment.
There’s a lot of talk from the top about wanting a close-knit office culture, but it doesn’t match the reality. Leadership often feels disconnected from the wider team, and difficult conversations or decisions are passed onto others instead of being handled directly.
Pay rises and development opportunities are often talked about and promised, but in practice they tend to be dragged out for long periods and, in many cases, never actually happen.
Because of this, it’s difficult to see the company truly succeeding.
