      Cons

      A culture of gaslighting, backstabbing, and very bad management. Everyone is out for themselves, and the founder is an awful human being.

      - Great people and growing, innovative agency - Learned invaluable skills and experienced some great opportunities in Formula E and F1 - Fun, social company - Inclusive and diverse

      Cons

      - Location isn't ideal for those who don't live in London. Something to consider before joining the company - Career progression / direction and objectives aren't always clear and the support to progress can be challenging with those in higher management having a lack of time
