Micromanagement. Overall lack of industry standards and knowledge. Bad mouths employees and clients. Operations Manager bad mouths owner in private meetings but fails to rectify any issues (Knows the owner causes issues within the company). Cannot have a family or life outside of work. Emergencies for you are not emergencies for them; don't miss work ever. Poor leadership skills. Service Delivery Manager has less IT knowledge than the technicians (caused constant strife with disagreeing on what is best for clients). Owner is stuck with legacy policies and procedures that will lead to the downfall of this company; needs to come into the modern era. Inability to provide feedback without hostile backlash. They will give you false hopes of job advancements.
