Pros

Ownership is heavily involved since the owners are also the senior managers. Everyone, including the owners, works very hard with a high sense of urgency and usually are customer focused.

Cons

Very structured and rigid organization when it comes to people. They have a written policy for everything. Most hourly and even salary people work at least 55-60 hours per week and this has become the expectation, not the exception.

Pros

Very well structured, and plenty of support. Lots of team work and returning customers who values long term employees.

Cons

Maybe a little overkill with middle management that maybe cuts into the bottom line some. Long hours and Saturday rotation with no flexibility for customer facing employees.

Pros

Flexible schedule for appointments and family things. Training sponsorships for young technicians. Employee discount.

Cons

R&S has no empathy for people with disabilities or ones who are facing hardship. If you miss work, you will be replaced and let go with a false promise that you can "reconnect" in the future. Of course, that never happens. They simply do not care about their employees. Keeping the dealership open and satisfying customers comes first over employees. There's a reason why there's frequent turnover at R&S. Poor managment and low pay/average benefits. Not a bad place to work but by no means a good place to work. There's alot better out there.
