      Decent people, a lot of teamwork, fun amenities, interesting industry

      Cons

      Poor Management, from the CEO down to lower managers. Verbal bashing and unprofessional behavior by some members of sales team and CEO. Office politics to sweep aside bad behavior among friends of leadership.

      Opportunities to travel and network.

      Cons

      Management doesn't know how to lead. Very low morale overall. A lot of lying and shady behavior. Executives will take advantage of you any chance they get to. Only the executives make a good wage. Typically they hire new college grads to pay low.
