The leadership team has an open door policy that encourages staff to provide feedback and comments on how to work smart, develop, create and maintain a good culture. Staff are considered to be individuals and adults, there is a give and take environment which is great for those need a flexible work environment. Promotion from within is encouraged. Colleagues are welcoming and generally warm and friendly.

Would like to see more of a learning environment. Working in silos or 'clicks' results in not enough awareness of the whole group and bigger picture.

Great staff. if it was not for the co-workers, I would have left a long time ago

Owners do not care about anything but making money. They are not engaged in the day to day operations. They will avoid paying staff for vacation and overtime.
