No pros other then flexibility to work remotely
Cons
Too many to name, cons range from constant internal system issues across HR, Pricing, crm, service, order processing, IT and expenses. Company seems to be in financial trouble, issues paying employees, confusing and inefficient processes, tools and support, no training on internal systems except for time consuming and useless hr and sales related training which is not applicable to the role.
