Long hours, unpaid overtime, and unrealistic deadlines are standard practice. • Major quality issues. Poor workmanship, mismanaged subcontractors, and rushed schedules lead to major defects in construction projects. It’s no surprise that RCC-built developments have significant structural issues down the line. Avoid this company at all costs. Whether you’re an engineer, a project manager, or a tradesperson, there are far better companies to work for. RCC is a career dead-end with a toxic environment that no serious professional should subject themselves to.
