This my third year at ribs and burgers and also one of my first jobs when I moved to Australia. I instantly liked how everyone were super friendly and cooperative and working as a team. I have met some of my closest friends while working at R&B and I will he forever grateful for that. It gets super busy in a really short period of time but everything is coordinated and work gets fun and you will actually enjoy working. Maybe the people culture and work culture is something that I haven’t found in any other workplaces and even after a fulltime job, I still casually work at this place because I can’t miss the fun with working with some of my favourite people.

You will be having fun while working.

I have been working here since last 3 years and it is also my first workplace. This place has allowed me to work and grow my skills in hospitality. I have got the opportunity to learn about how a hospitality business should work, importance of respect towards customers and coworkers, safety and food knowledge. Main benefits are that they invest a lot in us through various learning apps like safety culture, monthly toolbox talks, etc. "Dayforce" app used in this company is one of the best app that I have used to check timetables, adjust availability, check payment information, etc. One of the best things in this company is the opportunity to grow inside the company through promotions. Another great thing is getting transfer between different stores or other brands all over Australia which is important for international students like us. They follow fair work policy which is also great. Payments are never missed and is always on time.
