Pros
The purpose at Rialto is to deliver great client solutions, and everyone from Richard the CEO down are focused on this priority. The infrastructure is great so you can rely on those around you for support. The detail of the assignments are interesting and solutions designed to make a real difference for clients, so it makes your efforts feel worthwhile.
Cons
The company is growing rapidly. Finding quality consultants and support staff to meet the complex and sensitive briefs they have is challenging. But the company is very choosy. Whilst this is a good thing and shows real integrity, it does mean the company is not as big as it should be.
