What a difference we make to the motorist!! Recent study from the Virginia Department of Transportation shows that we reduce accidents by 22%. We are nearing our 2,000th signal that we have improved. Every year, literally every year our benefits improve. The management is caring and puts employees first. I look forward to coming to work and thank God to be able to be part of this team that is making a difference. 2015 we were listed as the 19th fastest growing company in Kansas City and for a 3rd year we were listed in the Inc 5000. I am proud to be a significant contributor to this growth. The management team has grown the company every year from 2007. This year also looks like we will grow over 65%.
Cons
If having to take ownership of your job and be held accountable for your outcomes is a con, then Rhythm is it. There is empowerment with clarity and accountability. I would say that there are no cons for me. I love waking up and coming to work.
