Colleagues and team is nice, in general there was a good relation to other employees in the office.

Salary was not competitive. I was given minimum salary with no room for negotiation, also no opportunity to develop and grow. The message is clear: 'Do what you're supposed to do, don't ask questions, don't use your own brain to think, don't criticize anything. HR as well as supervisors are not helpful with solving employees issue. Everybody cares mostly about their own situation and tries to avoid any issues that could cause trouble for themselves. Nobody would stand up for anything not related to his own benefit. Very frustrating work environment, not the place for career development.

Talented colleagues. Nice office. Competitive compensation.

CEO: has millions of expectations but just reaching for the stars for nothing. Gets fickle easily so his direct reports are constantly changing. No respect for employees professionalism. You'll get the feelings of burned out soon and still nothing achieved. All the cons you see here are mostly true.
