Great place to work. Laid back environment with autonomy to work on your own projects. Plenty of opportunity to work cross-functionally in multiple departments

The only perk is they pay well

This place is TOXIC. When I say this place is operated by a conspiracy, it’s an understatement. Issues include harsh mental abuse, sexual solicitation and harassment, abundant drug use (and manager cover ups) and the worst part- management is either the cause of all this or aware and supports it! Aside from that, Benefits and PTO are severely lacking compared to all other similar employers in the area. Don’t sacrifice a little higher pay for your mental and physical health! Find somewhere else
