Pros

I liked that I gained on the job training to improve my knowledge of product quality. Also liked when there was further training in Germany. This was good for the first couple years.

Cons

The AH and SC offices do not embrace diversity, other cultures or values. There was a lot of racism and sexism on a daily basis which made it hard to focus. The management did not support me on these cases and violated the equal employer opportunity rules. This may be one big reason why they have a high turnover. Very bias toward Caucasians.

Pros

I have been working at this defense company for over three years now, and it has been a truly rewarding experience. The company fosters a collaborative and innovative environment where employees are encouraged to grow professionally and contribute meaningfully to national security projects. Leadership is supportive and transparent, providing clear direction and opportunities for career advancement. The company offers competitive benefits and a strong commitment to employee well-being. In my role, I have had the chance to work on exciting projects that have a real impact on the defense sector. The team is highly skilled and motivated, and there is a strong sense of camaraderie and mutual respect. Overall, this company is a great place to build a career, especially for those passionate about contributing to important defense initiatives and working in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment.

Cons

Work life balance is a challenge during the initial growth phase but has begun to get better as the company has continued to hire additional employees.

Pros

I did enjoy working there, most everyone was enjoyable.

Cons

However, there were also a couple of very difficult people, one of which would throw you under the bus at the drop of a hat to gain self promotion, management listens to him.
