Great urban location, design focused process, out-of-the-box thinking, wonderful group of staff, interesting project mix, one collaborative studio environment

The one collaborative studio environment seems to make staffing and sharing of staff resources tricky but gives employees an opportunity to work on different project types.

Lots of smiles.. Bonuses are adequate. Loose time management -come n go as you wish.

Almost all retail-cyclical turnaround in the economy (no security). Quick at staffing up. Lots of big titles to carrot you into joining. The management lacks life experience and skills in humanity. Technology utilized is so so. Very little organized structure. Management does not pay attention to the intricacies of staffing. Management is generally too young to manage other people. Titles are nonsense offered as enticements carry no weight. Lack of real projects to much cancerous retail very little else.
