Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, which we take very seriously and have routed to the appropriate channels. Please know that nothing is more important than the safety and security of our employees and facilities. That’s why we have such strict protocols in place – including official and anonymous channels for reporting any issues, as well as submitting ideas for improvement. We also brought on a new head of safety in 2023 to elevate our processes and procedures and ensure that Stop Work Authority is being enforced. We are proud that our Fairfax facility is certified by OSHA as one of our 29 VPP Star sites. Additionally, a Facility Safety Manager has been hired at Fairfax to backfill this key role. We are also pleased to share that last year, we established a Paid Parental Leave Policy for eligible Reworld™ employees. Paid leave under this policy runs concurrent with any leave of absence available to the team member under federal, state law, and/or local law, including the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), as applicable.
