Pros
Enough work to keep you busy for a while! If you're a self-starter and don't need direction! You will have projects and work to keep you busy! Since going remote work has been more at your own pace. Get your work done and keep the management happy! I hope for many years to come, WFH is more of a thing!
Cons
Senior leadership doesn't always give clear direction. We need better goals and an idea of how they impact the business. Many things are last minutes ASAP projects, that shouldn't need to be! Better planning and cross-team planning would help!
