Pros
The staff is great to work WITH. Was a great work environment. Customers are second to none and a big reason employees stay until they are released. We used to feel like a family.
Cons
Zero follow through. Start something and never finish it until a huge event near the airport. Poor implementation of change. Inept training on vital software for daily usage. Too concerned about putting on a show and not day to day operations or staff. Staff is on edge from executive management because they were scared of losing their job. No free thinking or opinions. HR struggles with Senior Management instead of working together.
