No job security - Support Specialist Revolut Employee Review

There no support at all after training for the employees to perform well in KPI's even if you have the potential you will be fired if KPI's are not met in 1 month of time frame. There is no job security here you can be terminated any time I left my previous company to join Revolut, they don't even give some time or warning they strictly terminate employees and now again I am in the phase of searching another job even if they have the option of probation all depends on team leader mood. I was asking for support and at the end stage I got support and started performing well but did not got chance to prove myself. I am really sad that without any notice period I was terminated. I referred so many people all of my hardwork referring people also got wasted. If I would got a chance to prove myself with good support I would have been given my best to this company but job security in a company is very important and here employees job can be taken anytime.
