We've been working hard on building scalable internal processes as we grow. Sometimes our teams are still in the process of hiring all the people they may need to make it happen exactly how we want, so we welcome feedback on where we can improve.
We'd like to assure you that your experience regarding the contract is exceptional - our legal department is very thorough with all our outgoing contracts. We'd love to get more feedback on this so that we can follow up with the relevant people.
As well as hiring in top-tier management, we provide plenty of support and training to our current management to ensure that they're doing a great job.
Revolut isn't a traditional company with a traditional hierarchy. We're not just changing the face of banking, we want our work environment to work better for us. It might seem chaotic at times, but we empower people who want to change the status quo in all areas of the financial sector, including customer support.
