Thank you for your review and sorry to hear about your negative experiences.
We are aware of what we need to improve about our company and we’re always grateful for any extra feedback.
We've learnt the hard way that building a high performing startup requires different skill sets and processes, and that what works for five people doesn't for eighty, eight hundred, or almost two thousand.
We are still on a journey, but we’re happy to report on a few things we’ve worked on in the past half year:
—Our London HR team is growing in size and expertise, supporting our global expansion. We still have a few roles in the pipeline but we can now cover any potential request within the timeframe of a day. Give them a shout on Slack on drop by their desk at the 3rd floor, there will always be someone there to help you out.
—Diversity & Inclusion are among our priorities. The fintech space comes with its own Diversity & Inclusion challenges and, for the past few months we have actively looked at what this means for Revolut. We’ve hired a Diversity and Inclusion Manager to make sure we're on the right track.
—In the UK, you’re getting 29 days of annual leave and 1 day off for your birthday, plus all the bank holidays. That amounts to over 38 days of holidays per year, part of our Total Rewards Package.
—We’re adding more and more perks every month. For now, you get your free Revolut Metal subscription, free dinners, all day breakfast, conference tickets, work from home days, extended health insurance and more. We would love to hear more about your suggestions on this topic so please plug them into our #london Slack channel, the anonymous Workplace Experience Slack bot REVplaceExperience or the anonymous Employee Engagement Surveys.
—We have a new, dedicated Culture & Engagement team, who is leading the design and delivery or a supportive culture where all Revoluters can thrive.
