Pros
Without any doubt, this company is probably one of the best places if you want to learn the sales job. You have incredibly talented people around you. The flexibility and freedom you are being given is a big plus. if you want to make the big bucks as well but it won't come without effort.
Cons
The Sales job will require 200% of your focus, brain and time when you're doing it. Don't come if you're note ready to really involve into this job. Keep in mind that it can be a stressful, tense environment. It is hard and especially at the beginning and you should know that, it is after a certain point that you really start to get your head out of the water.
