The company promises to train and places you to a Microsoft gold partner.... Placed on a redundancy path after not being placed a month after the promised date, with only 2 people in my cohort successfully placed by Revolent.
The redundancy notice is served on our cohort through no fault of our own.
The training has been unspeakably bad all the way through leaving no choice but to buy supplementary materials.
Feedback was given on the first certificate of the course and was ignored, with the worst trainer on the most important final course.
Mentoring was performed by someone unfamiliar with our subject matter.
In week one of the role we were being asked to write up a Glassdoor review, blindly before we'd had any experience of the company. This appears to be the case with many reviews.
A review on 24th August after an edit on this post asked the satisfaction of recruiters in the company.
They are aware of our situation. They are still recruiting. They have said there are no cons to working in Revolent...
Be careful as there is a large financial burden (close to £20k) over you for a 2 year contract. They cannot justify these numbers as everything is poor quality and you can't we l guarantee you'll last. Certainly don't give up a good job for it.
Only do it if you want the certificates and are willing to risk the short redundancy path.
