The product is legit, the company has solid brand visibility in the Salesforce ecosystem
Cons
Product marketing is wildly off-base, obsessed with "Revenue Leakage" buzzword and branding itself as a revenue intelligence tool when in reality, a large portion of customer base are just using the activity capture function. Company is technically U.S. based but majority of employees are out of eastern Europe. Unpleasant at times for U.S. based employees because in in-person social settings, team members will speak to each other in another language as if you are not even in the room with them, beyond a reasonable amount, to the point where it's uncomfortable and exclusionary. Most concerningly, investors brought in new c-suite members who were pals from a previous company. New CRO cleaned house and laid off a quarter of the company and entire teams after less than 2 weeks in the company. Handled layoff disgracefully, clearly very unprepared and took several days to even follow up with laid off employees regarding next steps.
