      Pros

      Loving the community feel to the company so far and it's interesting seeing new colleagues come on board and be merged into the original stream.

      Cons

      A bit of a disconnect between the US part of the business and the UK and EU parts of the business but that will get ironed out in time.

      Pros

      From the top-down, Revalize is a meritocracy at its core. Performance is what's recognized and rewarded over seniority, title or politics! Every day we are all encouraged to lean in, challenge, partner across borders and functions to "build a better mousetrap".

      Cons

      Every company can improve in certain areas but nothing egregious comes to mind worth sharing.
