Some good people there. Decent pay and benefits. Consistent hours. Clean office. You get a discount on their stuff. Snacks.
Cons
Company attitude is somewhat cult-like. If you're not 100% devoted to the cause you're looked upon unfavorably. If you even show curiosity about outside opportunities or attempt to express anything but absolute happiness with all management decisions you risk dismissal.
