The CEO Takeshi Aida has no heart. Back in February 2022, I was hired by RevComm through a EOR. (Acquire Asia Pacific) As a new hire, we were promised/guaranteed 20,000 Php / month for 3 months. namely May to July 2022. But when the end of June came, we were informed that the CEO, Takeshi Aida will no longer honor his commitment for the 20,000 bonus for 3 months. This was very frastrating from me as i was considerng 2 others companies back in early 2022. But Robert Richardson our original country manager insisted that I should take the job offer at Acquire for the RevComm account as there is an unconditional bonus for 3 months and the potential growth for being a pioneering account. I was also given the promise that the RevComm account of Acquire was the next RingCentral as Rob was also the original country manager for RingCentral and that RingCentral was also inside Acquire for the longest time. However we didn't grow as promised as RevComm wasn't able to make an impact in the US region. HQ did not made an effort to advertise and did not a lot budget for serious marketing efforts that would capturer the attention of RevComms' target audience. It's funny that HQ tried to position MiiTel as a UCaaS product but MiiTel doesn't even have text messaging capability!! Anyway this is all in hindsight as I eventually got hired in Zoom as a Sales Rep and there I made hundreds of thousands for a product that was in demand that time. Ansd some of my team members was lucky enough to join Zoom as well.
