its a fraud - Designer Rethink Passion Employee Review

they hire people for Zalalt, the joining letter is in the name of rethink passion as they both are sister companies. from the time of hiring till i dropped the company everything was very suspicious. they never call for direct interview. all interviews are done via gmeet or zoom and the people on the other end never show their face. once i joined the first day of induction was horrible. from morning 9.30- evening 5.30 we where left in a room with no induction nothing, never had such experience before. after 5.30 they started with joining formalities. second of job , got to understand that people in Chennai are puppets dancing to the tunes of people in Dubai. the team of designers and merchandizers are frustrated, as they are not able to showcase their creativity. non design experienced people are sitting in Dubai and sending the designs to be created, all designers in Chennai are actually a tech pack creator. you will understand that from their collections in the website. please do check the website thoroughly, the styles are outdated, the once posted in pintrest 2 years back. when spoken to my colleges got to understand they are not involved in the process, they are sent pintrest images and they create techpacks. poor designers. only one collection was actually handled by the team here, which was their boss lady collection. iand you can see the diffrence if a designer puts his brain to people who use pintrest image. if you are already working some where, please do think many times before trying to join here. The boss is the worst, she is so blindfolded. she thinks she is the only person with brain and is not ready or open for any suggestions. even if they act to hear you, they will make you do exactly what they want.
