Pros

Loved direct managers and team. Love the mission and what the product provides.

Cons

This is a sinking ship of a company. The app itself has so many bugs, UI/UX is horrendous. Constantly heard end users didn’t even know of collections available because it’s not obvious where to find things. Update things without communicating to team or clients. It’s one thing to understand startups need to pivot sometimes, it’s another when you consistently pivot bc you’re consistently failing at execution/vision/product management/marketing. The turnover is so high and people are leaving on their own, not being fired. Probably the worst company culture I’ve ever experienced. Over promise and undelivered consistently. Constant miscommunication. No measurements of success for you or the client. Feel sorry for the clients being caught in crossfires. It doesn’t matter how good you are at your job, this is not the place for growth it’s a place to use as a stepping stone. Cheap cheap cheap, they will not take care of you to make sure you have a good work from home setup. Nearly everyone is burnt out. Current employees, you deserve better.

The onboarding process has been great and both HR and the team have been very supportive.

Cons

Nothing terrible just pains of learning new systems
