Not only are you just reporting to them, but they truly care about you as an employee and person. The atmosphere stays busy yet everyone is willing to help each other when its needed. Since we are a rising company the culture here allows employees to bring their own ideas which managers do take seriously and several of mine we have put in place for the last four years!

The management team has huge old fashion egos. The behavior and environment are very much like the movie “Wolf on Wall Street.” The Pittsburg office of InnoMark Communications lacks honesty, integrity, and trustworthiness. Management also lacks marketing skills and refuses to try and sell displays. This puts all the pressure on a select few in the company. If you take a sales job don’t plan on getting any help. There is lots of lip service and few who know what they are doing. You will quickly see there are roughly 40 people who do the jobs of the other 400.
