Worst decision of my Career/life! - Senior Operations Engineer Retail Solutions Employee Review

I loved the people I worked with and the culture of the offices.

As a smaller company, there were less opportunities to move up.

Met many longtime friends while working at Retail Solutions and miss them. Used to be betre. Now at another employer.

Retail Solutions is full of big bullies and it starts at the VP level been that way for all the years I worked there still exists according to my friends that are still there. Everyone thought the new ceo would fix it but all of the VP's still exist and they just do anything to preserve they job. Some teach others to do it and be bullies to back them up so not rational but like a hairy mad gorila. Was a very hostile place to go to every day to work where you worry about your job or who is going to stab in back next. The ceo came in all employees hoped that problems would be the deminished but ceo promised to make everything better also promised no layoffs then people started to disappering including 2 of my best friends in my life but others are still there, now talking to my friends still there they feel more layoffs are coming then they will know that the ceo is not honest and accountabel. I am just glad I left now at a new company with better salary with much better benefits plus management alway supports you and try to help you be better without games. I am happy to have left and do not recommend to anyone, but wish my friends still there a better career.
