small company allows you to take on greater responsibility and forces you to learn quickly (without throwing you into the deep end) a lot of contact with those in high positions

intern position touches upon all job roles, so you end up doing a lot of tasks that you might not be interested in also, you don't get a lot of contact with the CEO (she's always traveling), which is unfortunate because you can learn a lot from her when you do!

- For the sake of Patti Pao not coming after me, I’m not going to give much information about myself. However, I feel the need to write this to give fair warning to ANYONE looking to work here. It is an INSANELY HOSTILE environment, solely because of the CEO, Patti. She would flip out without warning (cue the hair pulling and crazy eyes), and then 5 minutes later try to act like your best friend. - There is ZERO corporate structure, and she will probably fire you, or you'll be so miserable you'll quit... - DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME
