Pros

The product is okay, It does well moderating customer accounts.

Cons

Teams are toxic. Tech stack is old and full of bugs, also exposing customer data. Customer security is the last of their worries. They make people share rooms during team get togethers. Pretty cheap company.

Pros

Respondology is an awesome place to work. The team is small and driven and everyone cares about what they’re building here. The mission #techforgood is real... helping brands protect their online presence by removing harmful or toxic content from their social channels. You’re not just a number... Your ideas matter and you get to make an impact fast. No layers of approvals or red tape. The people are smart, supportive, and easy to work with. Leadership is transparent and down to earth. If you want to be part of something that’s growing, where your work matters and you’re not buried in politics, this is it!

Pros

You get to work your own hours.

Cons

This score system can get you fired in a few days of working if you are not careful. I did a bunch one day and apparently I wasn’t doing them right and my score plummeted. I emailed the operations for help; and they give me the broadest email back suggesting things I’ve already done. You can tell they weren’t paying attention. The notes on the company you use to determine if a post should be responded to or rejected can sometimes be vague so it’s hard to know what they really want. Needless to say I was suspended shortly after asking for help I never received and then was accused of spamming! That truly hurt my feelings. I try everyday and seeing the my score still sucks it’s depressing because I know they will cut me soon and I’m only trying my best. I worked in social media before, never had this issue before but I can’t get answers so whatever. You are truly disposable and they aren’t afraid to show you that. Avoid if you can. The money isn’t worth the hardache.
