Poor culture overall. Blame culture, under resourced in areas where there should be more resources and over-resourced in others. Underperforming employees somehow manage to keep their jobs at the expense of taking a toll on the rest of the teams workload and culture. Questionable behaviour from some ELT, with owners turning a blind eye. Needs a clean out of some ELT and some other business unit management. Poor performers or behaviours needs. accountability.
