Pros
Very few. Some of the people are fantastic.
Cons
They treat everyone as replaceable from day 1
Finance dept is extremely secretive about commissions structures and pay scales (ie, they are discriminatory, but hide it from you so it cannot be proven)
The culture and policies are anti-women (unless you suck up to management)
You will be retaliated against if you have any thoughts of your own here or if you need anything at all
