Pros

If you agree with everything they will not try to sabotage your license, livelihood, etc.

Cons

Toxic leadership. Discrimination is quickly rewarded while whistleblowers are threatened and snuffed out. Will go after clinicians professional licenses as form of discipline.

Pros

I'll admit that my standards going in were low. Like, "I'm good as long as you're not literally breaking the law" kind of low. So I spent my first week or so meeting people and waiting to find that one person you really don't ever want to deal with. Or to see a huge red flag. But that never happened. People have been really nice and the executive team has been really supportive of project ideas I've had. But that doesn't mean you never know if you're doing a good job or not - this is one of the first positions I've had where management has taken an interest in my work and helped me goal-set. Probably one of my biggest pluses is the industry. I love being part of a team that helps people and cares about helping people. I love that there's always more to learn about the subject matter.

Cons

One thing I will say is that sometimes it can feel like new initiatives are a bit impulsively decided on without a bigger conversation or considering the extra time it takes to work on more things. That can really end up making my days longer sometimes.

Pros

Hard to say. The office is in a decent location. And there’s plenty of parking.

Cons

First, I was fired shortly before my 90 days was up with the rationale of “not fitting in.” From recent reviews on other sites it looks like random firings are now the norm there. I was given positive reviews except for one very vague suggestion to be “warmer” which didn’t come with any actual advice on what that looked like. When I was fired they still had some benefits but apparently now everyone is contractual? The pay was quite low for the area and the amount of work expected. I did not realize this until moving on. They seem to favor hiring very young women and made vague roundabout references to my age (older) in the interview. Normally the interviewee has to meet with the owner but I was physically unable to. I think the firing came from him. Remember what I said about hiring young women and draw your own conclusions.
