      Interesting project, with opportunity to learn much if you are good and lucky. Some changes in management style are improving things, I hear.

      Again, you have to be good, very good, and more lucky to find opportunity to advance your career. Much patience required

      Pros

      You’ll learn how not to be a bad manager by observing the managers there and doing the opposite. Great insurance for all of the psychiatric medication you will need.

      Abysmal leadership, stagnant project, low morale, commute.
