Pros
Fully remote work. Work with some really cool people.
Cons
Pay is always messed up and not paid on time, even when salaried. Managers change every few months, and not all managers even have the experience they need to manage the employees underneath them. Employees are not set up for success, not given the tools they need, given 2-3 times the workload they should be getting, and work under unrealistic expectations. Company says "results and caring" is their philosophy but the only thing executive leadership cares about is money; employees are expendable to them, not human beings with valid perspectives and concerns. Lots of turnover within the first year. Employees are pushed out when they express different opinions. Big business decisions are made haphazardly and without regard the effect it has on the employees who do most of the work. The company cannot sufficiently support its employees or clients. Executive leadership is not transparent or upfront. Benefits are sub-par. You're expected to read and reply to emails, even when sick or taking vacation. Company has potential but it is being ruined by a cold and uncaring CEO.
