      They pay very well and they have great social bennefits

      Cons

      70% of The leading positions are occupied wrong. workflows are based foreign and theoretically restructured and its getting worse

      Good benefits and they generally do prioritize learning and growth

      Cons

      The politics and maneuvering are too much at times. It is mostly engineering led which means nothing really ever gets shipped.
