Pros
I've worked for many companies in my history and I haven't been happier! The culture is great - everyone is encouraged to participate and contribute to discussions - there are no bad ideas. The pace is fast and furious but knowing you are changing lives every day makes it worth it. They are quick recognize those people who go above and beyond and deliver on their work consistently.
Cons
It's a rapidly changing market environment and ResMed is breaking new ground - as a result you have to be comfortable with 'gray' - what is the plan today may not be the plan tomorrow. I don't consider it a con but others might not be comfortable with that kind of work environment.
