High school atmosphere - Anonymous employee Resmed Employee Review

Don't let the exterior fool you. It's like being in high school all over again. Management, including directors and C level, are very judgmental and critical especially if you don't dress a certain way or participate in all the BS kumbaya activities. You are made to feel like less than a human being if you don't buy into the perception trying to be stuffed down your throat. It is definitely a do as I say not as I do type atmosphere. Lack of accountability and rampant favoritism make for a hostile work environment. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.
